Chole ke Dhokle | Leftover Chole ke Dhokle

Leftover chole ke dhokle  Ingredients: 1 cup leftover chole 1 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup gram flour ( besan) 1/2 cup chopped cabbage 1 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp red chili powder 1/4 tsp baking powder (Optional) 1/4 tsp baking soda ( you can use Eno also) 2 tsp oil 1/2 cup sesame seeds ( safed til) Recipe: First take the wheat flour and add leftover chole to it. Now add chopped cabbage, 1/2 cup gram flour, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp baking powder ( it is optional and you can skip it but adding baking powder makes dhokale soft), 1/4 tsp baking soda or you can use Eno also.  Mix all ingredients well and add little water if needed. make small balls and press it slightly.. Prepare the idli cooker and put all the dhokala on the idli tray. Steam it for about 20 minutes. Now open the idli cooker and let the dhaokal cool for 5 minutes. Now heat the pan and add 2 tsp oil to it....

Pudina paratha Ingredients: 2 cups wheat flour 1 cup chopped mint ( pudina) 1 tsp crushed cumin (jeera) 1 tsp oil for dough salt to taste water Recipe: First take the wheat flour in a bowl then add chopped mint leaves, crushed jeera, and salt to taste. mix all then well. Now add water and make a soft dough. Now put the pan on the gas stove. Now make medium size balls and roll it. Put some oil on the surface of the roti and then fold it in the shape of square or triangle. Grease tawa with oil and place your paratha on the tawa. Let it cook for 1 minute and then cook it from another side. Add some oil on both the surface of the paratha. cook on both sides evenly. Now your paratha is ready. Serve it hot with green chatni or sauce. Gajar ki sabji without aloo

There are lots of dishes that we can make from gajar or carrot. Gajar ki sabji is one of them. Generally gajar ki sabji is made with aloo. Here we have come with the recipe of gajar ki sabji without aloo. This is super tasty and healthy too.  Ingredients: 500 kg grated carrots 1 chopped onion 1 chopped green chili 1 tsp coriander powder  1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi) 1 tsp red chili powder  1/2 tsp garam masala 1/4 tsp cumin seeds 3 tsp vegetable oil some fresh coriander leaves Recipe: Heat the pan and add 3 tsp oil. When oil is hot enough add 1 tsp cumin seeds to it. now add chopped onion and green chilies to the pan. Let it cook for 3 min till the onion is cooked now add grated carrot to it. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and 1/2 tsp garam masala. Mix all ingredients well and cover the pan with the lid. let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
