Gajar ki sabji without aloo
There are lots of dishes that we can make from gajar or carrot. Gajar ki sabji is one of them. Generally gajar ki sabji is made with aloo. Here we have come with the recipe of gajar ki sabji without aloo. This is super tasty and healthy too.
Ingredients:
- 500 kg grated carrots
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green chili
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- 3 tsp vegetable oil
- some fresh coriander leaves
Recipe:
Heat the pan and add 3 tsp oil. When oil is hot enough add 1 tsp cumin seeds to it. now add chopped onion and green chilies to the pan. Let it cook for 3 min till the onion is cooked now add grated carrot to it. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and 1/2 tsp garam masala. Mix all ingredients well and cover the pan with the lid. let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
After 10 minutes check your vegetable, if cooked then transfer the sabji into serving bowl. garnish it with a freshly chopped coriander.
