Ingredients:
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup chopped mint ( pudina)
- 1 tsp crushed cumin (jeera)
- 1 tsp oil for dough
- salt to taste
- water
Recipe:
First take the wheat flour in a bowl then add chopped mint leaves, crushed jeera, and salt to taste. mix all then well. Now add water and make a soft dough. Now put the pan on the gas stove.
Now make medium size balls and roll it. Put some oil on the surface of the roti and then fold it in the shape of square or triangle. Grease tawa with oil and place your paratha on the tawa. Let it cook for 1 minute and then cook it from another side. Add some oil on both the surface of the paratha. cook on both sides evenly.
Now your paratha is ready. Serve it hot with green chatni or sauce.
