Vada Paav
Ingredients:

boiled potato

chopped onion
·

chopped green chili
·
1
packet paav
·
1
tea spoon garam masala
·

tea spoon coriander powder
·
2
tea spoon turmeric powder
·
2
tea spoon red chili powder
·
1
tea spoon chaat masala
·
Salt
to taste
·
Tomato
ketchup
·
Oil
to fry vada
·
4
table spoon gram flour
·
water
Recipe:
First take
boiled potatoes and mash them well. Now add chopped onion, chopped green chili,
garam masala, coriander powder,1 tea spoon turmeric powder, 1 tea spoon red
chili powder and chaat masala. Add salt to taste.
Mix all well
together and make small balls. With this measurement you can make six balls,
and keep them aside. Now take gram flour (besan) and add 1 tea spoon turmeric
powder and 1 tea spoon red chili powder and salt to taste, keep in mind we have
already added salt in the aloo mixture. Add water gently and mix it well till the
batter become smooth, consistency of the batter must be moderate. Heat the pan
(kadhai) and add oil to it. Coat your aloo balls with batter and fry in the
medium flame.
After the
vada become golden brown keep them aside. Now take pair of paav and cut them in
two pieces. Put some tomato ketchup on both side of the paav ( you can also use
green chatni) and place your vada on top of one paav. Sprinkle some chaat
masala on it and cover it with another paav. Vada paav is ready to eat.
Enjoy your
paav with a tomato sauce or green chatni.
